Who we are
Wild Hearts Collective is a small-group travel brand founded and hosted by Savanna Iozzo. You can reach us any time at travel@savannaiozzo.com.
What we collect
When you complete the Safari Interest & Waitlist form we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, Instagram handle (optional), which trip you’re interested in, preferred travel month, number of travelers, the kind of experience you’re looking for, budget range, booking timeline, how you found us, and any message you add. We also record the date and time of your submission.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to send you trip dates, itineraries and pricing, and to plan trips around what travelers are asking for. We send you a confirmation email when you join the waitlist, and occasional updates about upcoming journeys. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who can see it
Your submission is stored in a private, access-controlled database that only Savanna can view. We use trusted service providers to host this website, store form submissions and deliver email. They process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist submissions for as long as needed to plan and communicate about upcoming trips, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time by writing to travel@savannaiozzo.com. We’ll take care of it promptly.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, we’ll update this page first.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll post the updated version here.
