Participation Terms

The Stories Behind the Photos · Savanna Iozzo Photography. These terms are provided for information and are pending legal review; they are not presented as attorney-approved.

• Complimentary session: one 30-minute mini session with 20 professionally edited images (approximate value $100).
• Eligibility: applicants must be 18 or older, or an adult representative applying on behalf of a minor. Participants must be able to be photographed in Orange County, California.
• No purchase necessary. Submitting does not require booking or buying anything.
• Submission window: applications are accepted on a rolling basis while a category is open.
• Selection: stories are chosen at Savanna Iozzo Photography's sole editorial discretion. There is no guarantee of selection or of a photography session.
• Contact: selected applicants are contacted by email. Please respond within 7 days or another story may be chosen.
• Usage: featured stories and photographs may be shared on savannaiozzo.com, social media and promotional materials once a final model release is signed.
• Minors: a parent or legal guardian must consent and sign on behalf of any minor.
• Ownership: Savanna Iozzo Photography retains copyright of all photographs; participants receive personal-use rights to their gallery.
• Privacy: applications are kept private. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email savannaiozzo@gmail.com.
• This series is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Threads, Facebook or any social media platform.

Applications & privacy

Applications, contact details and reference photos are stored privately and are only visible to Savanna Iozzo Photography. They are never published automatically.

Submitting an application is not a model release. Selected participants (or a parent/guardian for minors) must personally accept and electronically sign a separate participation agreement and photography release before any session or publication. Nominees are never featured without their own consent.

Marketing emails are only sent to people who tick the optional opt-in box, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Nominees are never subscribed.
